Can Authorize Transmit Registry entry

Specifies that a user / group is able to transmit records from the QA system to the Production system.

The menu options Sample>Transmit to Production and Sample>Remove Records will only display in Vitalware systems that have been set up with a Quality Assurance (QA) environment which accepts records imported / uploaded (typically) from a third party. During the Sampling process, records that have been accepted or rejected are either moved into the Production system (Transmit) or removed from the QA environment (Remove).

is true (the user / group can authorize the movement of records from the QA environment to the Production environment or false (the user / group cannot authorize the movement of records from the QA environment to the Production environment).
